Recommendations:
Never use a Realtor’s shortlist of inspectors. Most of the time that inspector is working for the agent and they usually come at a cheap price. These inspectors are soft inspectors looking for more referrals from that agent. A property purchase is a big investment and equally important, you must know what you are buying. Find your own inspector and do your research.
